How do we keep justifying the lack of spending to our educational systems in the United States?
We need a strong, responsive educational funding system. One that would not deprive any person ,or student, in the United States from an education or advanced education. We have sat too long and watched our educational systems faulter and decay beyong reason! It is time to reinvest and restructure all educational systems in this Nation.
We do not need to make excuses or ignore this problem any longer. We are failing not just the students Today, but our future generations, which will be the future of this Nation as a whole.
Investing, or reinvesting, will be the most achieved event in the decades to come. We can create a better and stronger economic future for ourselves and the world through the most structured and advanced educational system history willever see.
It is up to us! We, as Americans, have to make the ultimate decision. It is our turn to stand up for the educational systems of this Nation and fund it as best or better than we have through these last few decades.

The Doors Of The Mind.
The mind has many doors that lead to different memories and these memories are part of how we think, feel amd react to the situations of life. These doors are sometimes referred as channels (gateways) by the various fields of study of the subconscious mind. Overall, the subconscious is coonsidered the storehouse of all memories that contain the thoughts, feelings, and reactions of everyday activities in one's life.
These channels (doors) can be opened or close by the mind with simplicity for most people. For these people, the doors open or close in a timely fashion as the daily thoughts occur. Their thoughts are balanced with the harmony of their minds. Although these people are balanced,. There are others that have difficulty with their minds, because some of the doors are hard to open or close with all the over abundance of emotional energy within them. They have unresolved issues holding the doors opened or keeping them closed. This is a tremendous event in the mind to overcome, which prevents the doors from working properly in a timely fashion. People with untimely doors can be the ones with gateways to abnormality of thoughts.
Some individuals only have the doors they need to use for everyday life. Others are not so lucky, for they have the ones that are stuck opened. A constant flow of memories, disturbing their thinking. This overwhelming surge of emotional energy clouds the present moment reality, until the doors swings shut for awhile. then this is just a temporary relief. Apparently there is no key to lock the door completely shut, because the lock is broken or the key is missing.
Each door has its own unique key to lock or unlock it. Which makes it simplier to remember, or to overcome, the memories. An individual has to find the right key, among many at times, to unlock or lock the doors. At times, there are more doors than there are keys and this individual has to sort through different methods to find the key(s). these methods are the different psychotherapy programs available to assist the individual in his or her recovery. Once the key(s) is found. The work can be started to locking or unlocking the appropriate doors to release the energy held behind the doors or to closr the doors that need closing for good.
Some doors are so warped that there is no key to keep it shut or to open it up. These doors need repairing, but it is hard to repairthese doors. Psychotherapy alone will not help. A Drug therapy is needed! Still this is just temporary, because the repairs are only minute fix and then the energy that is surpressed finds its way out through the warped door again.
Where do these doors come from? They are created from the five senses experiences that occur in our body and from the thinking processes that we have. As we have new experiences, the mind creates storage for these experiences. Which are the doors in the mind. the subconscious is the usual known name. How many doors are there depends upon the individual. A young child doesn't have as many as an older adult, because the brain is still developing (acquiring new doors). The mind developes a habit of using the same doors to place memories in. This is so that the mind doesn't have to repeat using the door of the same memory over and over again.

Our President!
We all have to work with the President to get America back on track . Our economy will strive and strain for awhile, but the Stimulus Package will work! It takes time and patience from all!
The Parties will have to work together and leave all partisan alone until the economy of the United States grows and employment level increases. We have too many citizens losing their jobs and homes right now. These citizens are voters for all who are elected to their positions.
we have no fear! So..."We only have hope!" in the rebuilding of our economic status in the world.
Let's not expect any high cost of fuel for our vehicles this coming spring and summer! The prices for the fuel should be around $1.85 and $2.00 a gallon for regular unlead all this year and the following year until the economy stabilizes enough for any increase in crude oil prices! Any increase in the crude oil prices will only hinder any hope for the economy to rebound in the next three years. The dollar needs to gain its value to offset any increase in prices, and of inflationary intentions in the markets.
The markets will rebound and the people will have faith in and of reinvesting money in the markets in the few years, only when the dollar gains value and inflation in kept under control.
Give the President's plan time to work and let go of some of the earmarks so that we all don't pay for things that really did not need to be! Too many earmarks destroys any plan for growth in this Nation!

Civil Rights
We The People Of The United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure Domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
The ad infinitum of these explictly written words laid out by our Founding Fathers, was to form an independent Nation, from England, because of her deprivation of civil liberties and rights for her American-born briton citizens. Great Britian was adherently depriving the constitutionality rights of the citizens of America that was supposively granted be Great Britian herself.
Our Founding Fathers argued and demurred many British constitutional grievances of which the violations of rights and liberties were greatly misconsstrued and prejured be the explication of the King, himself, and of the Parliment. The founding Fathers decided on their own concession, to frame a document, berneficial to its citizens, which was the "Declaration of Independence".
This declaringwas the call for the rights and liberties for its citizentry, and for the future generations of Americans to adhere to. That all people are entitled equality to all rights and liberties given by the Constitution. All Americans have the security to these rights, liberties, and privileges, not to be in fear of losing any of them, by force nor coercion from this government nor any other government.
This U.S. Constitution has no dissimilarity nor disillusionment written in its wordings towards whom, or which class of people, should have the forebearance of losing their rights, liberties, and privileges. Today, this Nation and States have been constantly violating the Civil rights privileges of many Americans. According to the Articles of Conferation, article IV, "the free inhabitants of each of these States, paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from Justice expected, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states; and the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state..." Is it the juripurdence of either the State or Federal level of government, to violate the articles of conferderation, to justify a creation of registry for a set group of Americans? These Americans' Civil Liberties and Civil Privileges are constantly being violated, from the laws laid out in the US Constitution, of not detaining nor requiring a person to have a passport from each state to another, nor asking permission, or notifying, to thereof.
The Bill of Rights was addressed to all citizens of the United States, that they shall have those unalienable rights, which are not deprived in and of themselves. But to have prerogative liberties, to live life without due interference from any individual or established government in this Nation or abroad. Do we still incline to the People that these rights are appicable, or ept, to what we interpret the the wordings of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights? Are we hindering the Bill of Rights, only causing more doubt that these rights are only for the few, and not for the many? there should be, and have been, an equal protection for all individuals, but to a degree, in this present day society. Even though there were, or are, conflicts of interests towards the morals and values of the rights, or towards any discussion and/or different of opinions to what or whom should be under this equality and to what or whom should be deprived of this equality, laid out by the Bill of rights.
No one individual, or individuals, should hav any depravity, or be demitted their constitutional rights to reside where they want, living without freedom nor privacy in their lives. This demission woud not be adhereant to the Constitution, in its fulness. To allow the People their freedoms and privacy and to live within the means of the laws, is what the wordings of this great document implies, without force, or requirement of certain individuals to have undue restraints intentional in placed in their lives. Which is an unnecessary inordinated form of punishment that far surfeit what freedom stand for. Are we truly following the U.S. constitution as it was worded from opur Foundingf Fathers or are we conforming it to what or how we want the People to be or act like in society?

My Opinion!
With the stimulus package signed. Now it is time that we freeze the crude oil prices so that there is no increase in the prices and profits from the suppliers of the life line of this Nation. The prices for regular gasoline should drop to around $1.60 per gallon to help get the economy a boost for the next three years.
If the price of crude goes up. The economy will never get moving in the direction it needs to go. This in turn will hinder the world's economy overall. The road will be rough as the economy re-adjust to the package that is laid to create jobs and to reconstruct our infrastructure within the Umited States. It will take sheer determination of all Americans through all political ideologies and parties to get this Nation upon its feet and have the proudness it alsways have had in the pass.
Our Nation is still a young Nation in heart and has hope and faith in its future course of direction.
Now we are at a stand still and shock of the failing economy. But the economy WILL rebound!
